Pasta Primavera
INGREDIENTS
Pasta (like spaghetti or penne)
assorted seasonal vegetables (such as zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and peas)
garlic
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
salt, and pepper
PREPARATION
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
Toss cooked pasta with the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
