ITALIAN HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can cannellini beans

  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes

  • 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano

PREPARATION

  1. Blend ingredients together and serve with vegetables or bread! Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with sundried tomatoes, if desired.
